I80 HEADLAMP ALIGNMENT CORRECTOR NOT WORKING

Engines: 2.0 16V, 2.0 JTD 8V, 2.3 JTD 16V, 2.8 JTD 8V

When the device which controls the headlamp alignment is operated (with the dipped headlamps on) it does not work. If the dipped headlamps are not working either
