The operation test involves carrying out an overall power uptake test for the following loads:+
- LPG pump;
- Solenoid on LPG cylinder
- With all loads deactivated, measure battery voltage and ensure that no-load voltage is at least 12.8 V. Otherwise charge the battery.
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position;
- Fit an ammeter probe to the battery negative lead.
- Disconnect the LPG pump current sensor from the connector
- Connect the connector terminal connected to the current sensor V to the battery +12 V via a bridge with a 15 A fuse interposed.
- approximately 4 A with the LPG tank empty;
- approximately 6.5 A with the tank full of LPG.
