Fit the tool C-TRONIC - 105.5 facing downward4. Unscrew bolt (4a) securing tensioner (4b) and use a ¼" box wrench to tension the belt to the specified value.

- Position the turbocharger assembly, tighten the oil delivery fitting and place the turbocharger on its flange.- Tighten the lower mounting nut.- Tighten the four flange nuts.- Fit the oil return pipe.- Fit the intake sleeve and tighten the sleeve retaining bolt.- Fit the oil vapour intake manifold and connect the hose to the turbocharger using the bands provided.- Fit the pneumatic connection pipes to the EGR valve and wastegate.- Fit the duct with wiring and tighten the bolts.- Connect the electrical connections.
