- Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Disconnect intake hose from the air filter casing and from the cold air intake on the crossmember.2. Remove the cold intake and intake hose from the engine compartment.

Undo the bolts fixing the gearbox side flexible mounting to the rigid support.2. Undo the nuts securing the flexible block to the body.3. Remove the gearbox side power unit flexible mount.
- Fit the gearbox side rigid engine support.- Tighten the nuts fixing the gearbox side flexible mounting to the rigid support.

- Position the vehicle on the lift.1. Open the bands securing the hose to the filter and to the air intake.2. Release and remove the cold air intake hose from the engine compartment.

- Fit the gearbox side rigid engine support.- Tighten the nuts fixing the gearbox side flexible mounting to the rigid support.

See in Op. 1048A10 Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R- Fit the filter mounting bracket and tighten the fixing bolts.- Fit the cold air intake hose and connect it to the air filter casing and to the air intake on the crossmember and restore the securing bands.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
- Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Undo the bolts securing the cold air intake to the upper beam.2. Disconnect the intake sleeve from the air cleaner case.3. Remove the intake sleeve assembly and cold air intake from the engine bay.
Engines: 2.3 JTD 16V
1. Undo the bolts securing the air cleaner case bracket.2. Undo the bolt securing the air cleaner case to the bracket joining it to the washer fluid reservoir.3. Disconnect the air delivery sleeve to the turbocharger.4. Remove the air cleaner case from the engine bay.
Engines: 2.3 JTD 16V

Undo the bolts securing the gearbox side flexible mount to the rigid mount.2. Undo the nuts securing the flexible block to the body.3. Remove the gearbox side power unit flexible mount.
- Fit the gearbox side rigid engine mount.- Tighten the bolts securing the gearbox side flexible mount to the rigid mount to torque.
