Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Undo the connectors (1a), (1b) and (1c) for the fuel connectors from the pressure pump.- Disconnect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor to facilitate the removal of the pipes from the housing.

- Lower the vehicle.1. Undo the connector from the single fuel manifold.

1. Disconnect the rapid connectors for the supply pipe from the filter and the return pipe to the tank.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the manifold pipe to the cylinder head.2. Remove the return manifold pipe complete with fuel pipes.
- Fit the return manifold pipe complete with fuel pipes.- Tighten the bolts fixing the manifold pipe to the cylinder head.- Connect the rapid connectors for the supply pipe from the filter and the return pipe to the tank.- Tighten the connector for the fuel return pipe from the single fuel manifold.- Raise the vehicle.- Position the pipes in the housing and tighten the connectors fixing the three pipes to the pressure pump.- Connect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.
See in Op. 1048B141. Disconnect the rapid connector pipes.2. Open the retaining band and release the pipe.3. Release the fuel return pipe from the injectors.4. Undo the fixing bolt.5. Remove the fuel return manifold pipe.
- Place the fuel return manifold pipe in position.- Tighten the fixing bolt.- Connect the rapid connector pipes.- Connect the pipe and tighten the retaining band.- Press fit the fuel return pipe from the injectors. See in Op. 1048B14
1. Disconnect the three rapid connectors for the fuel pipes from the fuel return manifold.2. Disconnect the rapid connectors for the two fuel pipes from the pressure pump.3. Undo the fixing bolt (3a), disconnect the injector recirculation pipe (3b) and remove the return manifold (3c) complete with pipes.
- Fit the return manifold pipe complete with fuel pipes.- Connect the fuel recirculation pipe for the injectors to the return manifold.- Tighten the bolts fixing it to the cylinder head.- Connect the rapid connectors for the two fuel supply and return pipes to the pressure pump.- Connect the three fuel pipes to the return manifold.
