1064A14 TURBO CHARGER - R + R AND REPLACE SEALS WITH EXHAUST MANIFOLD REMOVED

Removing

- Position the exhaust manifold and turbocharger assembly in the vice.1. Undo the nuts fixing the turbo to the exhaust manifold and separate them.

Refitting

- Replace the gasket with a new one.- Place the exhaust manifold in position and tighten the fixing nut checking the torque.

- Remove the assembly from the vice.

Removing

- Place the assembly in the vice.1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and separate the exhaust manifold (1b) from the turbocharger.

Removing

- Place the assembly in the vice.1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and separate the exhaust manifold (1b) from the turbocharger.

Refitting

- Fit the exhaust manifold on the turbocharger and tighten the fixing nuts.
