1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the mounting bracket (1b). 2. Undo the fixing nuts (2a) and remove the hose joining the turbocharger and the exhaust pipe (2b).
Place the hose joining the turbo and the exhaust pipe in position.Tighten the bolts fixing the hose to the turbo.Fit the mounting bracket and tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the flange for the exhaust pipe to the turbo hose using the fixing bolts.Op.7055B54PROTEZIONE/RIPARO SOTTOMOTORE - S.R.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.- Position the vehicle on the lift.- Raise the vehicle.1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and move the front section (1b) of the exhaust pipe aside.

1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a) and remove the fastening collar (1b).2. Remove the connecting hose between the turbocharger and the exhaust pipe and the gasket.

- Fit a new gasket and the connecting hose between the turbocharger and the exhaust pipe.- Fit the fastening collar and tighten the fixing nuts.- Fit the front section of the exhaust pipe in place and tighten the fixing nuts.- Lower the vehicle.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.- Connect the negative battery terminal.
