1064B38 WASTE GATE SUPERCHARGING PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT SOLENOID VALVE - R.R.

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Open the retaining clips (1a) and move pipe (1b) out of the way.2. Undo the fixing nuts (2a) and remove the protective cover (2b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection.2. Disconnect the vacuum pipes.3. Undo the retaining nuts (3a) and remove solenoid (3b).

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Open the retaining clips (1a) and move pipe (1b) out of the way.2. Undo the fixing nuts (2a) and remove the protective cover (2b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection.2. Disconnect the vacuum pipes.3. Undo the retaining nuts (3a) and remove solenoid (3b).

Refitting

- Place the solenoid valve in position and tighten the fixing nuts.- Connect the solenoid vacuum pipes.- Connect the electrical connection for the solenoid valve.- Place the protective cover in position and tighten the fixing nuts.- Fit the pipe and secure with the retaining clips.- Connect the negative battery terminal.
