Engines: 2.0 16V
Removing
- Draw off the oil in the reservoir using a syringe and collect it in a suitable container. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R Op. 1092C11 POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE BELT - R R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONER- Position a suitable container for collecting the power assisted steering fluid.1. Remove the fastening band (1a) and release the supply pipe from the fluid reservoir to the power assisted steering pump (1b).2. Undo the connector for the supply pipe to the steering box.3. Undo the bolts fixing the pump and remove it.
Engines: 2.0 16V
Refitting
- Fit the power assisted steering pump on the support and tighten the fixing bolts.- Tighten the supply connector to the steering box on the pump.- Connect the supply pipe from the reservoir to the pump.- Refill the power assisted steering system using the appropriate fluid. | Description | Qty. | Component | Type | Classification |
