- Position the vehicle on the lift.1. Working underneath the vehicle, release the buffer (1a) from the housing (1b).

- Check that the end of travel buffer is not damaged.1. Lubricate the ring seal (1a) slightly with grease, then fit the buffer in position (1b).- Check that the buffer is correctly fitted.
