Undo the bolt fixing the intermediate flexible mounting to the bodyshell.4. Undo the fixing bolts (4a) and remove the rear exhaust silencer (4b).
Fit the exhaust silencers.Tighten the bolts fixing the rear support to the bodyshell.Secure the front flexible mounting to the pin on the bodyshell.Tighten the bolts fixing the exhaust silencers to the front section to torque.

Tighten the bolt fixing the rear exhaust silencer centre support.Remove the vehicle from the lift.
Position the vehicle on the lift.Secure the exhaust catalyzer to the bodyshell before separating the rear exhaust pipe.Place a hydraulic support under the rear exhaust silencer.1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the brackets with the flexible buffer (1b) supporting the rear exhaust silencer.2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the catalyzer to the rear section of the exhaust silencer and keep the collar (2b).3. Lower the hydraulic support and remove the rear exhaust silencer.
Positin the rear exhaust silencer with the help of a hydraulic lift; then tighten the bolts fixing the brackets with the flexible buffers securing the silencer to the bodyshell to torque.

- Position the vehicle on the lift.Remove the securing clip and loosen the handbrake adjustment nut and remove the rigid handbrake rod.1. Unscrew the handbrake adjustment nuts.2. Remove the spacer.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the stand (3b).4. Working on both sides, release the ends of the outer casing (4a) from the retainers (4b).
Position the exhaust pipe and tighten the bolts fixing the silencer supports.Secure the flange using the fastenings.Check the torque of the flange fastenings.Position the handbrake adjustment device support and secure it using the bolt.Position the spacer.Screw in the handbrake adjustment nuts without tightening them.Op. 3380A04 HANDBRAKE - CHECK TRAVELRemove the vehicle from the lift.
