Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R Op. 1092C11 POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE BELT - R R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONER Op. 1092B40 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR/ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT - R + R See in Op. 1092A12 See in Op. 1032D12 See in Op. 1032B14 See in Op. 1032B44 See in Op. 1092G15 Op. 5530A14 ALTERNATOR - R+R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONER Op. 5530A40 ALTERNATOR BRACKETS/MOUNT/SPACER - R R1. Undo the bolts securing the front crankshaft oil seal cover.2. Remove the front crankshaft oil seal cover from its seat.

1. Undo the fixing bolts.2. Remove the oil pump (2a) complete with drive chain (2b), pinion (2c) and tab.

Refitting

Removing

- Fit the engine oil pump tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Fit the chain, the pinion and the pinion fastening tabs.- Remove the oil sealing ring from its seat on the front cover.- Apply sealant to the front cover.

- Fit the cover and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.
