1820B57 PIPE FROM VIBRATION DAMPER TO SLAVE CYLINDER
Engines: 2.0 JTD 8V
Removing
- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve on one of the front brake calipers.- Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the brake caliper bleed valve.- Operate the brake pedal until the brake/clutch reservoir is drained. Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Lift up the spring and disconnect the rigid pipe from the clutch release operating cylinder.2. Lift up the spring (2a) and remove the rigid pipe (2b) from the engine compartment.
Engines: 2.0 JTD 8V
Refitting
- Fit the rigid pipe in the engine compartment and connect it to the vibration damper.- Connect the rigid pipe to the operating cylinder. Op. 0010T67 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM BLEED AIR Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R REngines: 2.3 JTD 16V
Removing
- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve on one of the front brake calipers.- Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the brake caliper bleed valve.- Operate the brake pedal until the brake/clutch reservoir is drained. See in Op. 1048A501. Lift up the spring and disconnect the rigid pipe from the clutch release operating cylinder.2. Undo the connector (2a) and remove the rigid pipe (2b) from the engine compartment.
