Engines: 2.0 JTD 8V, 2.3 JTD 16V

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. See in Op. 1060F361. Undo the fixing nut and disconnect the supply lead from the heater plug.

2. Undo the heater plug and remove it.

Engines: 2.0 JTD 8V

- Tighten the heater plug to torque.- Secure the supply lead to the heater plug, tightening the fixing nut.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. See in Op. 1048B14 Op. 1048B18 INTERMEDIATE AIR SUPPLY PIPE FROM TURBOCHARGER TO HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R. See in Op. 1048B22- Disconnect the supply lead from the heater plug.

1. Undo the heater plug and remove it.

- Tighten the heater plug to torque.- Connect the supply lead to the heater plug.
